If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return your product within 10 days from the date of purchase. It is required that the product is in original packaging and not used, with no damages, smell of smoke, body odor, or missing items in which case Merchandise will not be accepted at any time and will be returned to the purchaser.
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include the shipping cost. Orders with free shipping will have actual shipping deducted on top of restocking fee.
Halloween Return Policy - September 1st - October 31st
Halloween Costumes: we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s) for store credit, or exchange only. We do not refund any costumes during these months.
EDC - Burning Man All items purchases during these festival seasons are a Final sale items – No exchange, no refund, nor store credit.

If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you can’t receive a refund for that item. How do I send back the item(s) I want to return?
Please read through our return policy to make sure your item is eligible for a refund. All returned must be accessed within 10 days of the delivery date.
You then need to send your return tracking number to the correct address. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Yes! If you received your order and need a different size, we want to make sure that process is fast and easy, and with no additional shipping charges! We offer exchanges for a different size of a costume, rave wear, clothing or accessory purchased on the site within 10 days of delivery.
