The ultimate raving culture

A rave is a large dance party featuring performances by disc jockeys and occasionally live performers playing electronic music, particularly Electronic Dance Music (EDM). The music is mainly amplified with a huge, powerful sound reinforcement system with large subwoofers that have the potential to produce a deep bass sound that is attractive to many. The music is the accompanied by laser light shows, visual effects, projected images and smoke machines. Confined within the article is the belief that raves majorly form part of popular culture that is adapted in most rave parties. Rave advances from these ideas of youth culture, because it has not established a recognizable dress code nor even set itself apart from the wider culture. This article is really an exploration into what rave does do, if its independent is not to subvert what is rave manifestation? What is its purpose? These are the questions of fundamental concern.

The word rave initially came from Britain in the early 50's as a term for the bare bohemian parties of that time. It was later briefly revived by the mods. The word vanished until when the illegal warehouse party scene in London started in the early eighties. The crowd was mixed in black and white and it was then the term became of Jamaican usage rather than the revival of any previous usage of the term in Britain. The forgotten history in many discussions on the roots of raves is the key purpose of these parties which was basically to hear good soulful music which was not being played in the commercial West End clubs of the time as well as dancing dance. The venues were usually ancient industrial units in Old Street and Roseberry Avenue, which did not need one to hold an entertainment license. The events would last for the whole night and sometime continue to the following day.

Rave also originated where DJ's would mix together musical forms as diverse as 'Public Enemy' and 'The Wooden tops', to create that eclectic and an highly entertaining pimp. A small group of metropolitan ravers would return annually to spend their summer together. Raves currently may be measured in a cultural generality because it has exceeded its boundaries from its point of origin (Europe) to other countries around the world and has become so popular each people improvising their mode of culture as well as dressing. During the early stages, when it was known as an underground party, few people had limited knowledge and access to it. Within a number of years, raves have become tremendously popular and more accessible to the public.

Culture change has come with raving due to the fact that the attire has changed the taste in all the variables like music, hairstyle, and the purpose of going out to a club. The main purpose of raving is indulging in oneself personal pleasure, meaning that people go to raves to expand their minds with the music. You should have the following tips when you introduce yourself to raves:Become fully aware of the rave culture, understand what P.L.U.R. which is the acronym for "Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect", Learn the drug myth within raving, Think of why you are going to a rave, Have an interest in different types of music, Learn a few dance tips, Wear comfortable clothing,  Find a style you feel comfortable with and Avoid being afraid to introduce yourself to others.
