What product qualifies for 110% Price Guarantee?
- The product must match to the one carried on YourLamode.com, be in-stock and available for purchase at the competitors website.
- Shipping and handling charges and sales tax (if applicable) will be included in determining the price difference.
- Store prices will not be included when determining price differences.
- Promotional codes or other discounts from the other website will not be included in determining the price difference.
- The competitors product must be new and in its original packaging.

How can I check the status of my order?
Just check your account page and click on Order History. There you'll be able to check the order status, view your shipping information and track your order.
How do I track my package?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, there are several ways you can track your package:
- Click the tracking link in the shipping notification email that we send you.
- Click the tracking number in your Order History, once it is available.
- Copy your tracking number, and track it on the shipping carrier's website.
You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. Your tracking number will also be listed in your Yourlamode account, under the order number in your Order History.
How can cancel my order?
To request the cancellation of your order, please do the following:
Log intoyour YourLamode account. Or click here for guest orders.
- Select your Order # under the Recent Order Status section or in your Order History.

- You will receive an email letting you know if we were able to cancel your order.
I'm not able to use my promo code?
Promotional prices and availability are limited-time offers and are valid only while supplies last. If the promotion is no longer available, a disclaimer will appear when you attempt to add the expired promo code to your order.

How do I determine the correct size for me?
A size chart is available on almost every product page. If in doubt, usually best to order a larger size. To learn more about our size charts, please click here.
Which shipping company do you use for shipping?
For domestic US orders we will use UPS. Canada orders will be shipped by USPS only. International orders will be shipped by United States Postal Services (USPS) only.
How do I apply a coupon?
Please enter any coupon code into the Voucher box and click the Voucher button. The system will then confirm if the coupon has been applied.
I live locally, can I come in to pick up or exchange an item?
Unfortunately we are not open to the public and we do not have a physical store.
Can I make a phone order?
Yes of course you can call us Monday to Friday from 8AMPST to 7PMPST.
I wish to make a return, do you provide return label?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer return labels. For returns of any damaged or wrongly sent items, we will gladly reimburse your standard return shipping cost. Please include a copy of the shipping receipt with your return and we will reimburse you accordingly upon receipt of the package.
Where's my return?
Returns are usually processed within about 3-6 business days after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we open it! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number you have provided to us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! In fact, we just started offering a new, lower cost shipping option for all international orders with USPS. Read all about it on our shipping information!
My order status says, "Fulfilled." What does that mean?
'Fulfilled' just means that our system successfully received your order! Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, we'll email you a tracking number, and your order status will change to 'Shipped.'
How can I determine if a dress is long, or short?
For every dress we carry, we determine length by using our own guidelines and taking our own measurements. We pull a size small for each dress and measure it from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the skirt hem. Our Maxi dresses measure 40+ inches long, or if they're strapless, 32+ inches long. Our Mini dresses are 31.75 inches long or less, or 24.75 inches long or less if strapless. And our Longer Length dresses measure between 32 - 39.75 inches long, or 25 - 31.75 inches long if strapless. You can find these length measurements under the 'size chart' section of the page for that item.
Do you carry petite, larger, additional, plus, or extended sizes?

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
Will you be getting ______ back in stock?
For our exclusive items, which are one of a kind, we're generally not able to re-stock. However, sometimes we are able to find something similar! Our non-exclusive items can often be re-ordered. When you see an item that you'd like that isn't currently in stock, copy the link and the size and let us know!
What does 'Final Sale' mean?
If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items.
