Returns Policy:

At YourLamode.com we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase. It is required that the product is in original packaging and not used, with no damages, smell of smoke, body odor, or missing items in which case Merchandise will not be accepted at any time and will be returned to the purchaser.

You've got 3 simple options:

Store Credit:

Receive a YourLamode.com store credit for the amount of your return and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Refund:

Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a FREE shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges:

I Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item's still in stock.
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee  Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include the shipping cost. Orders with free shipping will have actual shipping deducted on top of restocking fee.

Halloween Return Policy - September 1st - October 31st

Halloween Costumes: we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s) for store credit or exchange only. We do not refund any costumes during these months.

EDC through Burning Man All items purchases during these festival seasons are Final sale items – Only store credit or exchange.

Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable. Taxes and duties on international shipments are not refundable.

If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you can’t receive a refund for that item. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packagings before returning anything.
The following items are NEVER returnable:

    • Special Order Items
    • Accessories
    • Any item that has been worn, used or altered

    Keep in mind that there may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including unauthorized refusal of packages. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than four of one item is ordered and returned.

    There are certain items we can only take back if they’re returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. This include:

    • Undergarments, socks, and stockings
    • Wigs, and Hats with attached hair

    Please note that our women’s clothing styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience.  

    Packaging Requirements:

    1. Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit.
    2. Shoes: Must be returned with original shoe box. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoe box are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
    3. Non-Apparel Items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.

    What if there is a problem with my order?

    If there is a problem with your order, or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly.

    How do I send back the item(s) I want to return?

    Please read through our return policy to make sure your item is eligible for a refund. All returned must be accessed within 30 days of the delivery date.

    You then need to send your return tracking number to the correct address. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

    How long will it take to receive my refund?

    Please allow 4-6 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

    Can I exchange what I ordered?

    Yes! If you received your order and need a different size, we want to make sure that process is fast and easy, and with no additional shipping charges! We offer exchanges for a different size of a costume, rave wear, clothing or accessory purchased on the site within 10 days of delivery.
